1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and 288min ("288min", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the online betting and live casino information platform accessible at https://288min.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on or using the Platform in any capacity — including placing bets, playing casino games, claiming promotional offers or simply browsing informational content — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account, including both real-money funds and any bonus funds separately designated.
• "Bet" means any wager placed on a sporting event, casino game, live dealer game or other market available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded under an offer, subject to wagering requirements and separate from real-money balances.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required under applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency denomination used in transaction examples on this Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or region where access to online gambling platforms is prohibited or requires a specific local licence not held by 288min.

3. Account Eligibility

To open and maintain an Account on the 288min Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or your own local laws, whichever is greater.
• You are accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable law. You acknowledge that Pakistan has gambling restrictions, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and that the legal status of online gambling may be subject to applicable law in your specific location.
• You are not a person who has previously been excluded from the Platform or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or proxy for any other individual.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4. Account Registration

Each User may hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate, secondary or otherwise multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, payment method or IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in all Accounts being suspended, balances forfeited and future registration prohibited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and telephone number. Providing false, misleading or unverifiable registration information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate Account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. 288min will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. You must notify our support team — reachable at [email protected] — immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

5. Terms of Use

Access to the Platform is granted on a personal, non-transferable, revocable and non-exclusive basis strictly for lawful entertainment and informational purposes. You agree to use the Platform only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you will not:

• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose or for any public display, performance, sale or rental without our prior written consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise extract the source code of the Platform.
• Transmit any material that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, abusive or in violation of any third-party rights.
• Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers or any non-human means to interact with the Platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any area of the Platform or to any server, network or database connected to it.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following conditions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, available payment methods and processing times are displayed in the cashier section of your Account and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits: Funds must be deposited from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. 288min does not accept deposits from third parties. Popular Pakistani payment references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be listed in the cashier as familiar local options where available. Their listing does not constitute an endorsement of gambling by those providers. Users must verify their own provider's terms before initiating any transaction.

Withdrawals: All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. We reserve the right to request documentation including a copy of a valid national identity card, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and verification status. 288min does not guarantee specific processing windows.

Currency: Account balances are denominated in PKR or the base currency specified at registration. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are applied at the time of transaction.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

288min may offer Welcome Offers, Sports Offers, Cricket Weekend Offers, Reload Bonuses, Crypto Offers and other promotional incentives from time to time. All offers are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means PKR 25,000 bonus requires PKR 750,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal of derived winnings is permitted).
• Minimum Deposit: Most offers require a qualifying deposit, typically a minimum of PKR 1,000 or as stated on the offer page.
• Expiry: Unclaimed or unused Bonus Funds expire after the period stated in the offer terms, typically between 7 and 30 days from credit date.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are stated in individual offer terms.
• One Offer Per User: Only one Welcome Offer is available per Account, household, device or IP address.
• Abuse Prevention: 288min reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, cancel withdrawals and close Accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to systematic play designed to exploit promotional terms.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

Bets placed on sporting events — including Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and all other listed markets — are governed by the specific sport and market rules displayed in the relevant betting section. 288min reserves the right to suspend, void or settle markets in accordance with those rules in the event of unusual circumstances, including but not limited to event cancellations, weather interruptions, match-fixing investigations or data-feed errors.

In-Play / Live Betting: In-play markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets already accepted and confirmed prior to suspension stand. Any bets placed on voided markets will have stakes returned to the Account balance.

Casino and Live Games: Casino games, including live dealer titles, operate on Random Number Generator (RNG) or physical equipment respectively. RTP figures displayed on game information pages are theoretical averages over large sample sizes and do not represent guaranteed per-session returns.

Settlement: All bets are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body or, where unavailable, based on the data source used by 288min. In the event of a dispute, 288min's settlement decision is final subject to the complaints procedure set out in clause 15.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 288min Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Collusion with other users to manipulate the outcome of games, matches or bets.
• Use of software, bots, algorithms or any automated systems to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting errors, malfunctions or delays in data feeds to gain an unfair advantage (commonly referred to as "arbing" where undertaken systematically to exploit Platform pricing errors).
• Engaging in, facilitating or benefiting from match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of corrupt conduct in relation to any sporting event.
• Misrepresenting identity, providing false documentation or impersonating another person.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing or any other criminal financial activity.
• Opening multiple Accounts to circumvent limits, self-exclusion or promotional restrictions.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, 288min reserves the right to void relevant bets, withhold winnings, suspend or permanently close the Account and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 288min Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of 288min or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 288min, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption or computer damage, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

288min makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Responsible Gambling

288min is firmly committed to responsible gambling practices. We provide the following tools to all Account holders, accessible at any time from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss you can incur within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Cap the duration of each playing session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion takes immediate effect upon request to our support team.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications showing the duration of your current session.

13. Legal Jurisdiction & Regulatory Context

288min operates under the licensing framework of the jurisdiction in which it is incorporated and licensed. Specific licensing details are available through the Platform's regulatory disclosures. 288min does not claim to be licensed, approved, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority of Pakistan or any Pakistani financial institution.

Pakistan has gambling restrictions, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. The legal status of online and remote gambling in Pakistan can depend on applicable law and the jurisdiction from which a platform is licensed. This clause is provided for general awareness and does not constitute legal advice. Users must seek independent legal advice if they are uncertain about the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 288min holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through our complaints procedure (see clause 15) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

14. Amendments to These Terms

288min reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered users via the email address associated with their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.

15. Contact Us & Complaints Procedure

We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days. Where a complaint relates to a specific bet settlement, please include the relevant bet ID, the date the bet was placed and a clear description of the dispute. If you remain dissatisfied following our response, you may refer the matter to the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body as specified in our licensing jurisdiction's regulatory framework.
